		<description>Start with simple, quick wins...which is complicated to do. :-) I would suggest implementing a continuous build server. I think it's the easiest, quickest way to show improvement in quality. Sure you can write unit tests, but if you're the only one doing them then it feels a bit helpless. A continuous build server will give you that added hand in automating tests on  the platform. It can help motivate others to improve the quality of their code and unit tests.</description>
