A Festivus for the Rest of Us

It’s that time of year again… the annual Festivus party.  I believe this is my 4th annual and it never seems to disappoint.  We do the usual, get together, indulge in some libations, air our grievances (which is always a hoot when they get read at 11pm at night), and there is always the potential for the feats of strength.

I am looking forward to this one in particular since I have a few substantial grievances that I have been saving up this past year.  I have promised in the past that I would post grievances against me and Tina.  For some reason I never seem to come home with them.  This year I promise that I will come home with them and post them.

Nice win by the Badgers today over #2 Pitt.

Working on planning the honeymoon… it looks like we are going to be mulling over Hawaii, St. Lucia, and Jamaica.  Shoot me some ideas if you got em.

Well… I guess it’s about that time….

Frank Costanza: Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.
Cosmo Kramer: What happened to the doll?
Frank Costanza: It was destroyed. But out of that a new holiday was born … a Festivus for the rest of us!
Cosmo Kramer: That must’ve been some kind of doll.
Frank Costanza: She was.
